Sprinto - Provisioning Access to your Auditor

How to provide access to your Auditor through Sprinto

Granting access early enables us to provide targeted guidance, streamline your preparation, and accelerate your audit readiness.

  1. Complete your pre-audit readiness review with your Sprinto Customer Success Manager. This review typically occurs approximately one month before your audit period end date.
  2. Coordinate with your Sprinto Customer Success Manager to enable auditor access. Once readiness has been completed, your Sprinto Customer Success Manager will provide the appropriate dashboard access and share the auditor dashboard link directly with your assigned Sensiba audit team.
  3. Notify your Sensiba Customer Success Manager when readiness is complete. This helps us confirm access has been established and allows us to begin preliminary review activities.

Important Note

If you need assistance granting auditor access within Sprinto, please contact your Sprinto Customer Success Manager or support team. Once access has been provided, your Sensiba audit team will coordinate any additional requests through the normal audit process.
