Employee Onboarding Checklist

Purpose

The Onboarding Checklist ensures key steps are followed for a complete, consistent, and effective onboarding process for employees and contractors (if applicable). The onboarding checklist is often used to satisfy security and compliance requirements including tracking the approval of the new users access and set up tasks, background checks,

Google Workspace: Set up email-signature, make calendar visible, add photo to account HM NH  
(Optional) Linkedin: Update profile for AL role, post about starting with AL, follow clients HM NH  
(Optional) Loom: Record a team intro video, tell us about yourself! HM NH  
Hubspot: Set-up meeting link, upload photo, integrate with Gmail for email tracking HM NH
